"Together, we listen, take action, and create meaningful change."
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from George Fox University. My passion lies in working with children and their families. With over 17 years of clinical experience, I’ve provided counseling services for children and their families facing challenges related to trauma, abuse, foster care, parenting concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental concerns, as well as children with intellectual disabilities.
I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) through UC Davis and trained in EMDR. I believe in using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, directive play therapy, and family systems work. My focus is on client-centered family and individual therapy, where we collaborate to achieve the goals that matter most to you and your family.
